Krista + Jeff’s Family

Some families just radiate life the moment you meet them and that’s exactly what it felt like photographing Krista and Jeff’s crew this fall at Lebanon Hills.

When Krista first reached out, she described her family as “a vibe of their own”. Between five grown kids, their partners, and five grandkids ranging from toddler to teen, their family brings together an amazing mix of personalities. From a deadhead to a dairy farmer, an MMA fighter to a preschool teacher, and everything in between, they’re the kind of family that keeps things real and kept me on my toes.

There were giggles, snuggles, and plenty of those in-between moments that tell the real story of a family. By the end of the session, we had everything from full-family portraits to sweet little snapshots of the grandkids just being kids. It was one of those sessions that felt like watching a family live their love out loud – exactly the kind of session I adore. Thank you for having me, guys!
